Please fill out this form and click submit. After you have filled out this form and the Waiver and Release form, you will receive an email from a Glocal Staff Member via Intellicorp Records Inc. asking for permission and your information to run a Background Check. This is a requirement of any volunteer working with people who have come as refugees. The approximate cost of the Background Check is $32. We appreciate anyone who can help cover the cost but if you are unable to cover it, please feel free to contact Melissa (Melissas@glocalboise.org) or Nadia (Nadiap@glocalboise.org) to have that cost waived.
